Making a Booking

  • To secure the booking a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the package price will be requested

  • You have a 7-day cooling-off period from receiving the booking confirmation to cancel with a full refund of the booking deposit

  • There-after 7 days the booking deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled by myself.

  • The date is held for 7 days from the when the invoice has been sent and reservation of the wedding day will not take effect until deposit has been received.

  • After a successful trial and confirmation of proceeding with the booking, 50% of the balance will be due.

  • The final 50% balance invoice will be sent 7 - 10 days before the wedding date and must be paid in full

  • Any discount applied at booking only applies at this time and does not apply when adding on extra services at a later date.

Travel Expenses

  • Travel expenses for the wedding location will be charged at 50p per mile after 15 miles from B5 4AJ (7.5 miles each way)

  • Travel expenses for the trial will be charged at 50p per mile (up to 15 miles only) from B5 4AJ

  • Parking costs are chargeable to the client

  • If travel to the wedding venue exceeds 2 hours drive from B5 4AJ, an overnight stay is requested which will be chargeable to the client

Wedding Trial & covid-19 precautions

  • The trial is normally 1-3 months before the wedding date and is either at your home up to 15 miles of B54AJ (travel charges apply)

  • If you live further than 15 miles, trials will be held at my apartment in Birmingham City Centre.

  • Cost of trial for the bride is included in the package. No discounts or deductions can be made should the client choose to not have the trial.

  • If the trial is in my apartment, I will kindly ask for you to remove shoes once we have come inside and to wash your hands. 

  • I may ask for you to complete a lateral flow test withing 24 hours before coming to the trial be in in my home or in another location 

  • I am happy for one other person to be present at the trial. If this person would also like a trial, I am happy to do this on the same day. 

  • Please be aware that I do have two cats so I must be informed if you or your guest has any allergies

  • During peak season May – September, it might not be possible for us to schedule trials on a weekend so please be aware of this and let me know of any concerns.

  • The packages include a trial for the bride only, however trials for other bridal party members can be added on for an extra cost but this may be held on a different date if there are more than 2 including the bride. Lateral flow testing will be requested.

  • Additional trials cost (i.e. for bridesmaid’s and mothers) are subject to change and will be charged at the most current rate unless otherwise agreed.

  • Although it is a rare occasion, If you change your preference and require a second bridal trial, this will be chargeable at the price of £100.00

  • If after the trial you will not be proceeding you will only be liable to pay for the trial alone and any travel costs incurred to the trial (if any) which will be detailed in your post call email.

Wedding Day & Covid-19 precautions

  • It is the client’s responsibility to inform me of any allergies or medical conditions including cold sores, conjunctivitis or any other conditions which may be easily transmissible.

  • Your wedding party no longer is required to complete lateral flow tests unless they are showing symptoms or are unwell.

  • If anyone has been in contact with someone with Covid-19 (family or friend) or travelled in from another country, they must inform me before the wedding and have completed a lateral flow test on the morning of the wedding. 

  • I won't be able to do makeup on the morning on anyone who isn’t well and has not completed a lateral flow test as the risks it poses on myself and my other weddings so please ensure that this happens to avoid disappointment. Cost of any makeup not completed will not be reimbursed.

  • I have the right to refuse makeup application of there are any noticeable concerns.

  • Individual lash application and Flower girl sparkle is included as complimentary in the price for the makeup service, there is no reduction in price for any makeup service if they are declined.

  • Photographic/video images of the client, members of the booking or event may be used by me on social media unless the client has expressly withdrawn their consent in email or in writing.

  • I am happy to add on more individuals to your package, however this will be charged at the current price (if different from the time of booking) per person.

  • Changes and reducing the number of people confirmed in your booking can be made up to 8 weeks before your wedding day, after this the booking cannot reduce but you can add people on.

  • If numbers are to be reduced, the minimum booking of Bride plus 2 must be met in Peak season May – September and Friday – Sunday.

Cancellation and COVID Postponement policy

  • Postponements will only be accepted in the event of a lockdown

  • Deposits are non-refundable after 7 days of booking confirmation unless the booking has been cancelled by me.

  • If after the trial you will not be proceeding you will only be liable to pay for the trial alone and any travel costs incurred to the trial (if any) which will be detailed in your post call email.

  • Payments after the booking deposit and the trial are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks before the wedding date.

  • In the event of the client cancelling within 4 weeks of the wedding day, full payment will still be requested.

  • Any cancellations regarding your bridal party must be made 8 weeks prior to your reserved date or you will still be responsible for the number of services agreed upon.

  • Postponements will only be accepted in the event of a lockdown

  • Postponements can be moved to one calendar year ahead up until the end of that year.

  • In the event of a lockdown, If you wish to move the wedding further than 1 whole calendar year (up until the end of the year) this will need to be re-booked as a new booking including a new deposit.

  • In the event of a postponement due to lockdown only, deposits are carried over to your new date however any price difference between the packages between the current and the time of booking will be applied. A new contract will also be issued with updated T&C’s

  • Should you wish to postpone If there is no lockdown and your wedding can continue, this will have to be re-booked as a new booking with a new deposit.
